Change The Game.  It's a principle that is at the core of everything that I do, as well as everything that my company, HNI, does.  We have committed ourselves to this mantra, and it has changed us.  

I have spent many years advising my clients, and in doing so I have learned a lot.  Actually, recently I've been learning a lot more.  The business world is changing, and quickly.  Everyday business is becoming far more complex.  You can't just ignore what is happening now.
